When I get my blinds repaired, why do I have to replace every string?
While operating blinds, strings get worn down and become thinner over-time. We need to replace all strings at the time of repair so that the diameter remains consistent across all strings, resulting in the smoothest operation.
What can I expect at a free, no-obligation consultation with your sales consultant?
Consultations generally take no longer than 1 hour. Within that time frame, you will discuss the functionality, the style, and design of each kind of window treatment. You will explore samples and narrow down which fabric and color you are most interested in. At the end of the consultation, you will be provided with a free estimate.
How do I measure my own windows?
as window treatment professionals, we recommend measuring your window (both width and length) in three different spots, to ensure that your window is perfectly square. Depending on the treatment and mounting profile, you may want to take either the largest or smallest measurements.
How long does it take for my repair to be done?
If you drop off your shade/blind for repair, we usually have it back to you within 5-8 business days!
How long does it take to get my new blinds?
Once we place the order, new blinds usually ship within 3-6 weeks.
