I love love love my blinds recently installed through the whole house. Top down and bottom up!! Very contemporary and sharp looking. Hannah was quick with great recommendations and colors when she stopped for measurements. AND the blinds arrived before expected. Installation was very professional and completed in less than two hours for ten windows. Thank you everyone for the over and above customer service!

Took my blind in because tilt bar pulled out, and also, to pull the blinds up was difficult at best. They called me the next day to say it actually needed two new cradles, gave me that price, and asked if I wanted them to go ahead with the work. I said yes. They called me about an hour later to say the blind was ready for pick up! Totally impressed! Been bringing my blinds here for several years, and I have never been disappointed. Their rates are very reasonable.

We had a good experience overall with this company. When our room darkening blinds were initially installed, we were concerned as the room wasn’t dark enough for our daughter to be able to sleep. The owner of the company personally came out to our house to check things out, and came up with a workable solution. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I was impressed because our job was tiny compared to other work they do (just 2 blinds in 1 room) but they still gave us great personalized service and treated us so well. We are very grateful for the service we received! Highly recommended.

We first contacted WEFIXBLINDS by email to ask about their service; every email was responded to almost immediately. We brought our blind in to their office, and had it repaired on-site while we waited, about 20 minutes. Service was beyond compare, quality of repair is perfect, the staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. I drove over 250 miles to get my repair done and it was worth every minute/mile! This is the only place I will ever do repairs on my blinds!

“On February 14, we dropped off one of our blinds for re-stringing. You indicated that it would not take long and that delivery was not a problem. After dropping off the blind, I took my wife out for a delayed Valentine’s Day Lunch. Upon arriving at home in the early evening, we found the repaired blind at our front door. “Wow, what a great find. Over the years, it seems that blinds, when you have a problem are a challenge to get fixed. Typically bring them in, get shipped out and then repaired. Costly, slow and approaches the point where you might replace. When you consider the space that something like a blind might consume in a landfill the whole process is crazy! Great staff here helped me at every step both by phone and in-person. I could not be more satisfied. They repaired (1) an old rope loop and guided me through the process of (2) repairing a tilter control myself.
